Full Event Planning 

Full event planning enables us to use our creativity and super planning skills from the initial consultation to the day of your event. We will amaze you and your guests by beautifully conveying your event theme and overall feeling. We want you to be a guest at your own event so let us take the full planning burden off you. 

Partial Planning

Do you have the preliminary event planning started? Have you chosen your vendors and just need help managing the details? We will step in and pull all the pieces together for a stunning end result. 

Day of Event Coordination

All the hard work is done but you want to be able to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Let us be there to ensure a smooth operation.

“Owner Krista Kaplan championed a number of unusual challenges when she took on this large and elegant Nob Hill wedding ceremony, reception, and dance. For one thing her clients wanted "Cole Porter" style flowers and arrangements and had a zillion images, and a long list of flowers they called "Not's". Krista rose and embraced this challenge throughout the design process and was always open, astute, patient, and accommodating. Krista was fantastic to work with--competent, calm, flexible, and fully enfranchised in the cause.

On top of her consistent professionalism and competence, Krista became my fairy god-sister in spirit, too. As commonly happens during the final weeks before "curtain" when the production machine of a large-scale wedding cranks into high gear, the devil is in the myriad details of coordination. Krista, wise and poised to "expect the unexpected", helped me tremendously to get through some stormy weather as would a sagacious dear friend. By all reports not only the bridal couple and the guests but even the on-site staff and the photographer were dazzled by the work product--thank you!!!!!
